Proponowana cena nabycia nie może być niższa niż cena minimalna brutto: 580.000,00 zł (pięćset osiemdziesiąt tysięcy złotych) brutto (obniżka z 05 stycznia 2026 r.).
Rękojmia za wady fizyczne i prawne przedmiotu sprzedaży jest wyłączona. Sprzedający nie udziela gwarancji na przedmiot sprzedaży.
Sprzedaż odbywa się na podstawie faktury VAT wystawionej przez QUMAK S.A. w upadłości.
Kupujący zobowiązany jest wpłacić całą cenę przed podpisaniem umowy.
Umowa zostanie zawarta według wzoru sporządzonego przez Kancelarię Syndyka.
Wszelkie koszty związane z zawarciem umowy i odbiorem przedmiotu sprzedaży ponosi Kupujący.
Oferenci przed złożeniem oferty mogą zapoznać się ze stanem radaru po podpisaniu oświadczenia w przedmiocie obowiązku zachowania poufności.

Invitation to submit offers for the purchase of a weather radar
The Insolvency Administrator of QUMAK S.A. in bankruptcy, with its registered office in Warsaw, Piotr Duda, invites you to submit offers for the purchase of a LEONARDO METEOR 700CDP10 weather radar.
The proposed purchase price cannot be lower than the minimum gross price: PLN 580,000.00 (five hundred eighty thousand PLN).
The statutory warranty for physical and legal defects of the item being sold is excluded. The Seller does not provide any guarantee for the item being sold.
The sale is carried out on the basis of a VAT invoice issued by QUMAK S.A. in bankruptcy.
The Buyer is required to pay the full purchase price before signing the agreement.
The agreement will be concluded in accordance with the template prepared by the Insolvency Administrator’s Office.
Any and all costs related to the conclusion of the agreement and the collection of the item being sold shall be borne by the Buyer.
Bidders may inspect the condition of the radar before submitting an offer, after signing a confidentiality undertaking.
