Proponowana cena nabycia nie może być niższa niż cena minimalna brutto: 721.230,00 zł (siedemset dwadzieścia jeden tysięcy dwieście trzydzieści złotych) brutto.
Rękojmia za wady fizyczne i prawne przedmiotu sprzedaży jest wyłączona. Sprzedający nie udziela gwarancji na przedmiot sprzedaży.
Sprzedaż odbywa się na podstawie faktury VAT wystawionej przez QUMAK S.A. w upadłości.
Kupujący zobowiązany jest wpłacić całą cenę przed podpisaniem umowy.
Umowa zostanie zawarta według wzoru sporządzonego przez Kancelarię Syndyka.
Wszelkie koszty związane z zawarciem umowy i odbiorem przedmiotu sprzedaży ponosi Kupujący.
Oferenci przed złożeniem oferty mogą zapoznać się ze stanem radaru po podpisaniu oświadczenia w przedmiocie obowiązku zachowania poufności.
Oferty w zamkniętych kopertach z adnotacją „NIE OTWIERAĆ – Oferta na zakup radaru” należy składać do 16.12.2025 r. na adres: Kancelaria Syndyka Piotra Dudy, ul. Jana Styki 29 lok. 10, 03-928 Warszawa.
Decydująca jest data wpływu oferty do Kancelarii Syndyka. Oferta, która wpłynie po tym terminie nie będzie rozpatrywana.
Oferta pod rygorem odrzucenia powinna zawierać:
a/ Dokładne oznaczenie oferenta: w szczególności wskazanie firmy oferenta, adres/adres rejestrowy oferenta, forma prawna oferenta oraz numer KRS, REGON oraz NIP (w zależności od formy prawnej oferenta);
b/ Aktualny (nie starszy niż 3 miesiące) wypis z KRS, CEIDG lub innych rejestrów (w zależności od formy prawnej oferenta);
c/ Oferowana kwota wynagrodzenia brutto (ryczałt) musi być wyrażona kwotowo i słownie, przy czym przy rozbieżności cen, decyduje cena wyrażona słownie.
d/ Wszelkie zezwolenia i zgody, jeżeli są wymagane prawem ze względu na osobę lub przedsiębiorstwo oferenta;
e/ W przypadku działania przez pełnomocnika, oryginał dokumentu udzielającego pełnomocnictwo w formie pisemnej;
f/ oświadczenie, iż oferent akceptuje warunki niniejszego konkursu ofert.
Syndyk zastrzega sobie prawo swobodnego wyboru oferty, prawo prowadzenia dodatkowych negocjacji z oferentami oraz unieważnienia konkursu ofert bez podania przyczyny.
Niniejsze ogłoszenie nie stanowi oferty sprzedaży i stanowi zaproszenie do składania ofert.

Invitation to submit offers for the purchase of a weather radar
The Bankruptcy Trustee of QUMAK S.A. in bankruptcy, with its registered office in Warsaw, Piotr Duda, invites you to submit offers for the purchase of a LEONARDO METEOR 700CDP10 weather radar.
The proposed purchase price cannot be lower than the minimum gross price: PLN 721,230.00 (seven hundred twenty-one thousand two hundred thirty PLN).
Warranty for physical and legal defects of the item for sale is excluded. The Seller does not provide a warranty for the item for sale.
The sale is based on a VAT invoice issued by QUMAK S.A., which is in bankruptcy.
The Buyer is obligated to pay the full price before signing the contract.
The contract will be concluded according to a template prepared by the Bankruptcy Trustee’s Office.
All costs associated with concluding the contract and accepting the item for sale are borne by the Buyer. Before submitting their bid, bidders may inspect the radar’s condition after signing a confidentiality declaration.
Bids, in sealed envelopes marked „DO NOT OPEN – Offer for the purchase of the radar,” should be submitted by December 16, 2025, to the following address: Kancelaria Syndyka Piotra Dudy, ul. Jana Styki 29/10, 03-928 Warszawa, POLAND.
The date of receipt of the bid by the Trustee’s Office is decisive. Any bid received after this deadline will not be considered.
Under penalty of rejection, the bid must include:
a/ Detailed identification of the bidder: in particular, the bidder’s company name, address/registration address, legal form, and the National Court Register (KRS), National Business Registry Number (REGON), and Tax Identification Number (NIP) (depending on the bidder’s legal form) [in the case of entities outside of Poland: equivalents of the documents listed];
b/ A current (no older than 3 months) extract from the National Court Register (KRS), Central Registration and Information on Business (CEIDG), or other registers (depending on the bidder’s legal form); [in the case of entities outside of Poland: equivalents of the documents listed];
c/ The offered gross remuneration (lump sum) must be expressed in monetary terms and in words. In the event of a price discrepancy, the price expressed in words shall prevail.
d/ All permits and consents, if required by law for the person or company of the bidder;
e/ If acting through a proxy, the original document granting power of attorney in writing;
f/ A declaration that the bidder accepts the terms of this call for proposals.
The Receiver reserves the right to freely select the bid, to conduct additional negotiations with bidders, and to cancel the call for proposals without providing a reason.
